About the Role.
As a member of Exalt’s Customer Service team, you will be the first touchpoint for our clients on a daily basis. We support online orders, custom designs, and phone orders across various product lines. Once we receive the order, our Client Support team preps the job to be submitted to our production facility for fulfillment.
Duties.

Engage clients on new order requests

Ensure order is presented correctly for the production team
