Lisa Marta, President/CEO

Lisa has been in the printing industry for over 18 years. She started her printing career with a national printing company (Standard Register) in Shreveport, Louisiana. Her first assignment was providing printing for rural healthcare hospitals. She relocated to Dallas in 1995 where she handled 7 Columbia/HCA facilities and in 2000 also managed Columbia Homecare. In 2004, Lisa decided to start her own printing company so that she could expand the product base that her clients were asking for. Exalt Printing Solutions, LLC was established and now offers a wide range of printed products. In addition to traditional forms printing, Exalt also offers promotional products, wearable’s, banners, posters, full color printing, and graphic design services.

Chris Rowton, Account Manager and Director of Healthcare Sale

Chris started his career in the healthcare industry in 1994 as a medical and surgical equipment representative for Cardiovascular Concepts in Arlington, TX. He moved into the printing industry in 1999 as an account executive for Standard Register in Amarillo, TX. He was promoted to a national account position in the Dallas/Ft Worth area in 2002. Chris joined Exalt Printing Solutions in 2004, with a primary focus on the healthcare markets throughout the North Texas area.

John Lamantia, Account Manager and Director of Government Sales

John has been in sales and marketing for over 20 years and joined Exalt Printing Solutions in 2007. John started his sales career in the Information Technology sector selling big ticket items to fortune 1000 companies. His knowledge of the sales, marketing and the government marketplace has positioned him for not only the commercial markets print and promotional products business, but also to leverage these products to the local, state and federal government.

Randy Townzen, Account/Production Manager

Randy has been in the construction business for over 30 years. His resume includes the management and supervision of several construction companies which specialized in custom homes, condos, and apartment complex construction.
 Since 1991, Randy has been involved in the design and development of DISPLAYS, SAMPLES, and POINT OF PURCHASE tools for the building materials industry.  He has been responsible for the management and supervision of various manufacturing processes that supply high quality and cost effective finished products to this unique market place. By combining his experience and expertise with the already robust printing capabilities of Exalt, Randy is a great resource for all your marketing needs in the building materials and flooring industries.
